This mechanically operated testing system is designed with necessary components like premium grade capacitor, variable frequency converter, AC test transformer and bridge. This system is used for determining the precise level of dielectric loss in power substations and power generation plants. Besides this, the offered equipment is also utilized in laboratories to determine performance of bushing, surge arrester, current transformer, capacitive voltage divider, grading capacitor, load capacitor and shunt arrester. The frequency of this testing system can be modified and its anti interference arrangement deserves special mention in this context.
